From Dartington Direction
At the mini roundabout in Dartington take the exit signposted for Buckfastleigh. At the top of the hill there is a right turn signposted for Staverton, there is also a sign for the Sea Trout Inn. Take the turning and follow the road down the hill and over the bridge (careful, it's pretty narrow), cross the train tracks and bear right into the village. In the centre of the village you will find the Sea Trout Inn on your right, follow the road around to the left and up the hill. Just after the corner take the left turn which is signposted Kingston, drive up the hill for a couple of hundred yards and where the road splits, take the right hand lane also signposted Kingston. Drive up the narrow lane until you reach the crossroads (Moot Hill Cross). Go straight over and follow the lane down the hill until you reach the Kingston Estate. At the bottom of the hill the road bears left (signposted to the business units), follow this road until you reach the old farm buildings, you will find us in the courtyard on your right.
From Buckfastleigh
Take the A384 signposted to Totnes and Dartington, follow this road for 6 miles. Take the left hand turning signposted to Staverton and the Riverford Farm Shop (before you get to Riverford Bridge). Follow this road until you reach the junction by the train crossing, go straight ahead to the centre of the village.
