Evolve is Cavanna Homes' flagship development on the outskirts of Torquay, Devon. The name Evolve was born from Cavanna's desire to create a development that was different from the norm and was looking to the future.

The requirements of the Evolve project were extremely varied and really stretched the pulse8 creative team. Starting with proposing name Evolve, the team then developed the logo and supporting material. As the ground works had only just begun when the creative work was started, a different way to illustrate the development needed to be found. A 3D artist was commissioned, a first for pulse8, to create 3 dimensional computer generated models of each house style and to create a street based 'fly-through'. The 'fly-through' took a streets eye view of each part of the development and movies were created to show the viewer how the finished development would look and feel.

The 3D models were then applied to information sheets and the website. A folder was designed and printed using metallic ink and matt lamination to really make it something special. Finally an information touch screen was installed in the sales office and a touch screen friendly version of the website was created as an information source for prospective buyers.
